In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

 

Shipping Policy

We understand that everyone who orders from us is eager to receive their dphomedecor products as soon as possible and we do our best to make this happen.

Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 5 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 7 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are other mitigating circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.

While Eshopdp attempts to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

The payment methods that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid options. dphomedecor does not provide COD services for all pin codes. At checkout on go https://dphomedecor.com/, there is an option 'Check Cash on Delivery Availability' where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether COD is available at your address.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact dphomedecor Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at https://dphomedecor.com/contact  with your order ID and images of the product. dphomedecor will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at https://dphomedecor.com/contact, mentioning your order ID. dphomedecor will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
